Sunny Health & Fitness Roller Slide

Sunny Health & Fitness Roller Slide

The AB Slide is quite possibly the most popular Ab Toner ever! The AB Slide provides one of the very best exercises for the midsection. It allows the abdominal to be isolated, causing an effective extension and contraction of the abs muscles. At the same time, you will also be toning muscles in your arms, shoulders and back. Exercise routines are sometimes difficult to get into and usually don't last, but with The AB Slide all you need is 3 minutes a day and you will feel the strengthening and toning of your lower and upper abdominal muscles, oblique, chest, shoulders and arms. It's easy to use... simply put your knees on the floor, grab a hold of the handle-bars and push forward. So why wait any longer, get the look and feel you deserve with the abslide! Product Information: Light weight and easy to transport. One of the very best exercises for the midsection

Sunny Health & Fitness Roller Slide

I have used this product on & off for several years and it works. I am a 162 lbs male and the Ab Slide Roller helps to give me defined abs, shoulder, chest and arm muscles, with just a few minutes use everyday. You're getting an ab workout, as well as a push-up-type workout when you use this product. There is just one problem I've had consistantly with this piece of equipement, and it is the reason why I'm giving it a 3-1/2 star rating instead of a 4 or 5; it breaks. After just a few short months of use (and by "use" I mean using it in the proper, recomended and instructed way) the internal spring or coiled metal that gives the Ab Slide Roller its resistance, breaks. This has happened with every one of the Ab Slide Rollers I've purchased over the years. (Again, I am using it only in the proper and recomended way.) I've had them last as long as 6 -7 months and as little as 3. But, as I said at the outset, this product does work. By Steven Maines

Sunny Health & Fitness Door Way Chin Up

This chin up bar is good because it can be used for chin ups. This chin up bar is awesome because of a few little features that are genius.

1 - The bar extends from both ends so you can keep the hand grips centered so you'll never have one hand on one piece of pipe and the other on a smaller piece of pipe (which I find really annoying). You could also intentionally offset the center bar if you wanted for some reason.

2 - The way the bar extends is like a turnbuckle where one side unscrews turning clockwise and the other counter-clockwise. This means you can get really good tension on the bar easily.

3 - It can be mounted with the big steel cups that encompass the outside of the end caps on the bar or can be mounted using small plastic inserts. Mine didn't come with mounting instructions so maybe you're supposed to use both but I just used the plastic inserts and it works fine (I'm 165 lbs). If you're using the plastic inserts I recommend you pre-drill a pilot hole and do the final tightening by hand to reduce the chance of cracking the plastic.

I'm super happy with this bar and would recommend it because it does what it's supposed to very well and it was designed in a very user friendly way. Remember to keep it tight, yo.

Minimum door width using metal cups: 25.875"
Minimum door width using plastic inserts: 25.5"
The maximum distance the hand grips can be apart is about 18.5" on center. The grips are just over 4" wide. By

I've been a spinning instructor for 10 years. I just had a baby and I'm taking some time away from the gym but want to stay fit. I bought 3 of these bikes; one for me and two for some of my clients to use in my home gym. I'm very impressed so far and so are my clients. This bike is just as sturdy as any spinning bikes that I've used in a gym. I would highly recommend it. The only draw back was that the seat was too tall for me even on the lowest setting. My husband drilled an extra hole in the post (yes, there is plenty of room) and the height is now fine. I would strongly recommend this bike to anyone. I would compare it to bikes that are in the $1000+ category. I'm very impressed! As far as assembly, it took about 20 minutes to assemble. by Fitness03

Sunny Health & Fitness Twister Stepper

I bought this machine because it was small, wouldn't take up much space, and seemed offer the kind of workout I wanted; not exhausting, but a good way to target legs, hips, thighs. Unfortunately, the Sunny Health & Fitness Twister Stepper just didn't do what I wanted it to do.

It's easy enough to put together, and the tension adjuster worked fine. The resistance bands can be used for balance or to add to your work out. Nice.

The biggest negative for this machine is that the "stride" is very small. You are not really working your legs at all. If you get up some speed, you can get a pretty good hamstring and calf burn going, but this is like taking baby steps. I prefer a machine that lets me stretch. I didn't realize this wouldn't do it.

I let my daughter try the stepper out, and she said the very same thing.

If you are just looking to tone your thighs and hips (not unimportant), this may be the machine for you. If you want to burn calories, lose weight, and really work your whole leg, this is not likely to work for you. I sent mine back. By
